Kaitlyn Gardner, MS, LPC, PMH-C
Therapist, Co-Owner
At times, we all need help navigating relationships, grief, trauma, or self-expectations, and the hardest part is often knowing where to begin. I tailor therapy to your specific needs, working with adults experiencing OCD, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and body image concerns. I also support women through their reproductive journeys, including infant loss or medical complications during pregnancy. As the Founder and President of the Arkansas Maternal Coalition and a Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician through Postpartum Support International, I bring both expertise and empathy to this work. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy.
Kristan Williams, MS, LPC
Therapist, Co-Owner
Whether you are feeling stuck in self-doubt, overwhelmed by emotions, or working through painful experiences, I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of worth. I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, creating a safe and compassionate space where healing can begin. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional distress, helping them better understand their experiences and create meaningful change at their own pace. I also support women facing medical or emotional challenges throughout their reproductive journey. I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but together we can work through life’s challenges. You do not have to do it alone.
Emily Roberts
Practice Coordinator
I’m the friendly face who welcomes you at the front desk of The Quiet Grove. From greeting clients with a smile to keeping things organized behind the scenes, I do my best to create a calm and supportive space for everyone who walks through our doors. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Oklahoma. In my free time, I love listening to music, exploring historical topics, and playing video games. I’m also a strong advocate for mental health and am passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m so grateful to be part of The Quiet Grove team and to contribute to the warm, welcoming environment we offer each client.
Maddison Bernard
Graduate Level Intern
I believe that kindness has the power to create lasting change, and even the smallest acts of compassion can make a difference. Having faced my own challenges, I understand how important it is to feel seen, supported, and understood. My purpose is to walk beside others with empathy and connection as they find their own strength and healing. I am currently pursuing my Graduate Counseling Degree at the University of Oklahoma and will graduate in August 2026 to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. I bring a gentle, grounded presence to my work, meeting each person where they are with warmth and understanding. Outside of counseling, I find peace with my animals—two horses, Rain and Clyde, and my Great Pyrenees, Bentley—who remind me daily of loyalty, patience, and unconditional love.
